Pete Moorhouse specialises in creating high quality sculpture for the outdoor environment and undertaking Public Art Commissions.

The sculptures have strong visual impact and range from abstract pieces to representational work. They have a similar minimal aesthetic, having clean lines and pay particular attention to form and space. Artists that have had a strong influence on Moorhouse’s work include Caro, Brancusi, Gonzales and Chillida.

The sculptures are made from various types of steel and are finished to a high standard to provide durability outdoors. The works produced cover a range of sizes to suit various locations.

Work can be ordered from the portfolio with most of the sculpture being produced in limited editions of either 3 or 8. Commissions for new work are also undertaken for public art works and for private clients.

Pete Moorhouse studied Sculpture at Bristol School of Art and Design, has exhibited widely, undertaken major commissions and teaches sculpture workshops in schools and colleges.
